Ariana -
I began guiding people in movement in my early twenties, and since 2017 I’ve been helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, finding balance, improving flexibility, and learning to truly listen to themselves.
I’m passionate about supporting people as they discover or rediscover their balance and flexibility. As we get older, many of us let these abilities slip away, which can create fear around falling and increase the risk of injuries. My work focuses on restoring confidence, strength, and ease in everyday movement.
I also deeply believe in the importance of listening to your body. Many of us were never taught how to tune in to the signals our bodies send. Instead, we push discomfort aside and continue down a path that may not be right for us. I help people slow down, pay attention, and respond with compassion so movement becomes supportive rather than stressful.
Who is this for? This workshop is for anyone who has started to feel stiff in their daily lives
